Bristol Women’s Voice are recruiting for a part-time Communities and Connections Coordinator to join our dedicated team. We particularly encourage women from Black and minoritised and working-class backgrounds to apply. We offer very flexible working conditions and some carer allowance.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week. 0.6 FTE Can be worked flexibly across the week. Some out of hours work will be required, e.g. evenings, the occasional Saturday, e.g. for strategic planning and International Women’s Day
Salary: £27,000 pa pro rata.
Length of contract: until 31 July 2025, with extension subject to continuation funding.
Holiday: 22 days (pro rata) plus bank holidays, plus one discretionary wellbeing day for your birthday.
Key objectives of the role:
- To lead on delivering BWV Members’ events, developing a programme of cross-cultural, intergenerational, awareness raising events.
- To lead on the operational delivery of Bristol Women’s Voice’s annual International Women’s Day Event in City Hall.
- To support the delivery of BWV events and activities to engage communities in Bristol Women’s Voice’s campaigning and other work, as appropriate.
