Pregnancy yoga is adapted to safely provide appropriate stretching, strengthening, breathing, relaxation and also support through the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

​It is wonderful for preparing you for birth both physically and psychologically, and can support a more rapid post-natal recovery.

If you have serious health issues or complications, then a 1:1 yoga session is recommended before joining the group class to provide an introduction to safely practicing pregnancy yoga.
