Pregnancy yoga is adapted to safely provide appropriate stretching, strengthening, breathing, relaxation and also support through the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
It is wonderful for preparing you for birth both physically and psychologically, and can support a more rapid post-natal recovery.
If you have serious health issues or complications, then a 1:1 yoga session is recommended before joining the group class to provide an introduction to safely practicing pregnancy yoga.
